2 people involved with the show (one cast, one crew) have given me a bag full of rhubarb. I have 3 tupperwares in my fridge at the moment full of stewed rhubarb. Well, when I say full, I mean one has a significant dent in it as I've been putting it in my morning smoothies, and damn, I love rhubarb.

So, if you have a rhubarb plant running away on you, I am always happy to take some off your hands.

Yesterday's show was fantastic. The crowd was on fire, not only laughing, but clapping and cheering at the slightest provocation. The last 4 nights have ranged from about 97% sold out, to 100% sold out (Tuesday), making the show a runaway success for Orpheus, even considering the walk outs we get (and we do get them), and the complaints we will get (and we will get them). All the same, 2 more shows will be enough thanks, I am getting ready to have my life back, to be able to run errands in the evening, or go to the gym, or go see a friend, or take in a movie.

Speaking of movies, Bix, Pezchica, and I saw Up last Monday. It was amazing. A superb film, not only funny, but also surprisingly touching. Go....see it....soon.

I don't have any rhubarb but will confess to being among those hooting from the back. My friend and I had a great time at the show, my face hurt by the end from smiling and laughing so much.

We didn't know the running time for the show and the estimate I had given the babysitter was off so we weren't able to hang around afterwards to say hi.

"Hello, I have just met you and I love you. SQUIRREL! Hello."

LOL That movie was great! I really worried about the harder parts for my daughter, she's pretty sensitive, but as there was a lot of action and levity afterwords it counteracted it and left her smiling.

As for rhubarb, I happen to know where there are about twenty plants of it growing wild, want a plant or three? :-D

I'll be at the show tomorrow, sounds like it will be a good time.
